Winter Forage with a Pizza Warmer
Introductory offer £75 per person (£50 deposit) discounted from £95 per person.
Ideally need 25 guests to attend. If you are interested please book in a friend or share the event on your socials.
The lower limit would be 15 Guests but the ticket price would have to be £95pp. More is less!
Join us at 10:00am on Saturday 15th February 2025 in Sydenham, Oxfordshire to learn about food, nature and the countryside around you.
An informative 3-hour foraging experience with Marcus across the Chiltern Hills and surrounding valleys. Followed by pizza from James’ woodfired pizza oven, which includes foraged mushrooms and game as toppings.
Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan pizza are available. As are more traditional toppings. However we encourage you to try the local, seasonal mushrooms and game that are on offer.

Remember: Dress for the outdoors. A receptacle of water, a flask of warm fluids, snacks/lunch box should be brought with you.
Glamping, Foraging, Vineyard & Wine Tour.
Followed by a 3-course meal.

Join us on Saturday 29th March 2025, 2:30pm to 8:30pm for an informative, 3 hour circular walk foraging with Marcus, in the hills and valleys nestled between the counties of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
The walk takes us through a Vineyard where we will have a guided tour and wine tasting presented by Holly. Post aperitives, a three course meal of seasonal and foraged UK food, prepared and cooked by our chef.
